SUMMIT---Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is riding a three-game winning streak after an 87-80 win on the road at Southwest. Raymond Cintron lit up the Bears for 34 points while Travis Rasco added 23 for the resurgent Bulldogs (13-5, 3-3), who've won three straight MACJC South Division games.
The Lady Bulldogs led Southwest at halftime but lost to Southwest 72-52 to fall to 6-11 and 2-4. Brooke Eccles led the Lady Bulldogs with 19 points while Kiara Johnson had 15 and Deonica McCormick added 11.
Gulf Coast travels to Itawamba Jan. 25 then hosts Hinds Jan. 28.
