MGCCC sweeps Bishop State

Men go to 6-0 with impressive road victory

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s men’s team ran its record to 6-0 with an 85-60 win over Bishop State on the road Monday Night.

Freshman point guard Raymond Cintron led the Bulldogs with 25 points while Willis Brownlee had 14 and Marvin Adams added 14.

The Lady Bulldogs evened their record at 2-2 with an 88-86 overtime win over Bishop State. Nicole Edwards led Gulf Coast with 25 points while Kiara Johnson added 24 and Brooke Eccles had 15.

Both teams travel to Baton Rouge Community College Wednesday.
