PERKINSTON, Ms.---Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College reamins unbeaten after shutting out Jones 3-0 Tuesday in a key MACJC South Division soccer game at Perkinston. Chris Nettles scored all three goals for the Bulldogs (9-0-2, 5-0).
The Lady Bulldogs dropped a 2-1 decision to Jones as Allison Gray's attempt at a game-tying goal sailed just above the crossbar as time ran out. Kelli Ranson notched the long goal for Gulf Coast (8-3-1, 3-2).
Gulf Coast hosts East Central in another MACJC South Division match Friday. Game times are 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
