No. 14 MGCCC moves to 11-0

PERKINSTON — Fresh off being elevated to 14th in the new Oracle/ITA Men's Tennis rankings, Mississippi Gulf Coast kept its record spotless Friday with an 8-1 victory over East Central at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.

Cole Wagoner (Fr., Ocean Springs/Ocean Springs) had a big win at No. 2 singles, defeating Isaac Santitto 6-3, 3-6, 10-8. He also teamed with Austin Vos to win 8-4 over Santitto and Chris Lawrance at No. 1 doubles.

Gulf Coast (11-0) returns to action Monday when Iowa Central visits Perkinston for a match that was pushed back because of rainy weather. First serves are set for noon.
