Gulf Coast (3-1), which is on a three-game winning streak, was led by Darius Forest and Bryan Williams with 12 points apiece. Ice Asortse had 11 points and Justin Childs added 9.
The Lady Bulldogs (2-2) dropped their second straight to Itawmaba as the Lady Indians held off a Gulf Coast rally to win 76-68. Shamekia Hart led Gulf Coast with 25 points while Tatyana Haywood added 12.
Gulf Coast travels to Baton Rouge Wednesday then the men's team travels to Pensacola St. Thursday.
