Bulldogs roll to 15th straight victory
WESSON---Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is making winning streaks look routine.The Bulldogs (19-2, 10-0) have now won 15 in a row thanks to a 73-64 road win at Co-Lin which also extends the team’s winning streak over MACJC teams to 19.
Darius Forest led Gulf Coast with 16 points while Bryan Williams had 11 and Guy Payne added 10.
The Lady Bulldogs (10-10, 4-6) once again played hard but couldn’t withstand a second half surge by the Lady Wolves in a 77-71 loss. Ricille Davis and Cara Beverin each had 14 points while Delainna Lyons had 13.
Gulf Coast is back on the road Thursday at Southwest.
