A year later, William Carey golf coach D.J. Pulley is reloading…with more Bulldogs. Current Gulf Coast sophomores Drew Seals, Rory Nelson, and Michael Maley have all signed with the Crusaders and will be taking their games up Highway 49 to Hattiesburg next fall.

Seals, a sophomore from Wiggins, helped lead the 2011 Bulldog team to a fourth straight Region 23 title and a second straight MACJC Championship. This spring he won back-to-back Medalist honors at MACJC Tournaments at Hinds & Co-Lin.

Nelson, a sophomore from Lucedale, and Maley, a sophomore from Ocean Springs, were both key players in last season’s success and both have led Gulf Coast to wins in all three 2012 MACJC eventsthis spring.

Seals, Nelson, and Maley will be back in action for Gulf Coast when the team travels to the next MACJC event in Starkville Mar. 25-26.
