#1 LSU-Eunice shuts out MGCCC baseball 10-0

EUNICE, LA---Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College faces a must-win situation Friday after dropping a 10-0 decision in five innings to LSU-Eunice at the 2012 Region 23 Tournament.

The Bulldogs (29-20) committed three errors and could only manage three hits against the top ranked Bengals (50-9). Stuart Holmes took the loss on the mound for the Bulldogs.

Gulf Coast takes on Hinds, a 5-2 loser to Itawamba, at 3 p.m in an elimination game while the Bengals host Itawamba at 7 p.m.
