MGCCC tennis rolls past Faulkner St.

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College tennis team enjoyed a successful road trip against Faulkner St. with the men’s team winning 7-2 and the women’s squad getting an 8-0 sweep Oct. 29.
Bulldog players Kriss Baglaiss, Alex Drake, Jamie Jordan, Chance Kelly, and Travis Ladner all earned singles victories while the teams of Baglaiss/Drake and Kelly/Jordan both scored win in doubles matches.
Ruta Grinvalde, Megan Terrell, Victoria Hagel, Brittany Freeman, Morgan Rabby, and Katy King all won their singles matches while the teams of Grinvalde/Rabby, Hagel/Terrell, King & Katherine Blair all won their doubles matches.
Gulf Coast will host Faulkner St. Nov. 10 at the Biloxi Tennis Center.
