Co-Lin too much for MGCCC tennis team

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s tennis team had a tough time on the road against Co-Lin Feb. 28, with the men’s squad losing 8-1 and the women’s team dropping a 5-4 decision to the Lady Wolves.
Landon Williams got the lone men’s victory for the Bulldogs in his singles match. Megan Terrell, Victoria Hagel and Ashley Field won their women’s singles matches, while Hagel teamed with Charmayne Purvis to earn a doubles victory.
Gulf Coast plays again Saturday, Mar. 7 at Itawamba before entertaining Jones Mar. 6 at the Biloxi Tennis Center.
