Class of 2021 Incoming Player To Do List

 Make sure to complete all application tasks until officially accepted at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Perkinston Campus:

  • Complete Application for Mississippi Gulf Coast Summer 2021 & Fall 2021: https://mgccc.edu/enroll/apply-now

  • Complete FAFSA Year 2020-21 & 2021-22 (School Code: 002417): https://fafsa.ed.gov

    • Use Get2College, which has centers across the state, to help fill out the FAFSA. Call 228-875-4441 or email info@get2college.org to set up an appointment, or use https://get2college.org/ to chat or text for more help.

  • Turn in Final High School Transcripts (and College Transcripts, if applicable) to Latrice McDonald in Admissions:

  • Sign up for Housing: https://mgccc.edu/web-services/

    • Under the "Student" tab, click on "Housing" and use this link for reference on how to sign up: https://mgccc.edu/about/student-life/housing/apply-housing/

    • Begin Fall 2021 Housing Application and complete all pages leading up to application fee payment page, pay application fee, and log out of the portal. Housing will assign football players according to the roster submitted by coaching staff.

  • Parents' Tax Returns: irs.gov

    • Get a signed copy of your parents' 2018 and 2019 tax return submitted to the IRS. You may be asked for these on your Web Services account under Financial Aid Requirements. If you are, please take a picture or scan them and upload them there.

    • If your parents did not file taxes, request a 2018 and 2019 verification of non-filing letter from the IRS: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
