Reeves signs with Millsaps
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast outfielder Kathryn Reeves will continue her softball career at NCAA Division III Millsaps after signing with the Majors.
Reeves, a sophomore from Morton, played in six games during the Bulldogs' abbreviated 2020 season, batting .429. The speedster featured frequently as a pinch-runner.
She was a transfer from East Mississippi, where she batted .232 with five RBI in 30 games as a freshman.
Millsaps plays in the Southern Athletic Conference. The Majors, coached by Caroline DeLoach, were 13-9 when the 2020 season ended early.
