5 players sign with Lady Bulldogs
PERKINSTON – Mississippi Gulf Coast women's soccer coach Jackie Rhodes has tried to recruit a more punch for the 2016 season.
She's confident the five players signed so far will help in that regard.
"I think this is one of our strongest classes since I've been here," Rhodes said. "It's a solid offensive class we brought in to try to create more offensive threats. Our defense was pretty solid last year, and we're adding some defensive players, but overall we want to create more offense."
Rhodes is also targeting international players to add to her signing class. They'll be added at a later date.
