Bulldogs close out homestand Tuesday

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast closes out a four-date homestand on Tuesday when Southwest Mississippi visits Ken "Curly" Farris Field.

• On Friday, Gulf Coast split with No. 23 Northeast Mississippi, bouncing back from a 14-4 defeat in the first game to win 3-1 in the nightcap.
• Southwest lost a pair of non-conference games to Delgado on Thursday, falling 8-3 and 11-0 in New Orleans.

Previous Meeting

On Feb. 17, Gulf Coast beat Southwest 3-0 in Summit. Trey McDonald (Fr, Moss Point/Faith Academy) pitched seven innings of four-hit ball in relief to complete the shutout.
