Mississippi Gulf Coast couldn't hold onto a first-half lead, losing to Northwest 2-1 in Senatobia on Sunday.
Megan Brown (So., Home School/Picayune) scored her first goal of the season in the 16th minute, but the Rangers (2-6) got two goals in a five-minute span of the second half to claim victory.
The Bulldogs (1-6-1) play a pair of home games this week, hosting Holmes on Wednesday and Hinds on Friday. Kickoffs both days at Bary Thrash Field are at 5 p.m.
