Softball gets started Jan. 28
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast head coach David Kuhn's softball team throws out the first pitch on the 2025 season on Jan. 28 and includes 14 home dates.
The Bulldogs open the season by traveling to Evergreen, Ala., to play Reid State in the new program's first home games. Gulf Coast plays 32 non-conference games across 16 dates.
Gulf Coast's first home games will be Feb. 6 when Coastal Alabama-South visits Ross-Smith Field. The doubleheader will start at 2 p.m.
Season passes and individual game tickets will go on sale Jan. 6. Reserved chairbacks cost $75 for the year, and general admission season passes are $50. They can be purchased at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets.
Single-game tickets cost $7 for adults and $5 for children when purchased online. At the gate, they'll cost $10 and $7, respectively.
The Bulldogs open MACCC play March 7 with a trip to Raymond to play Hinds. The first home conference doubleheader is March 11 when Itawamba visits.
