Bulldogs add Sunday games at Perk
PERKINSTON — The Mississippi Gulf Coast softball team will not be playing in the JUCO Classic in Vicksburg this week. The Bulldogs have added a doubleheader this weekend to help fill out the schedule.
Gulf Coast was scheduled to play two games Friday and two Saturday in the event, but winter weather is affecting northern teams' travel plans. The Bulldogs were scheduled to play teams from Illinois, Iowa and Arkansas.
Instead, Blinn will visit Ross-Smith Field for an 11 a.m. doubleheader. Buy your tickets ahead of time to save money. It costs $7 for adults or $5 for youth online, or $10 and $7 at the gate.
