Bulldogs tennis drops two
Mississippi Gulf Coast's men's tennis teams dropped a pair of matches Saturday at Meridian, one to host Meridian and one to Marion Military Institute.
Meridian won 6-3, with the Bulldogs' No. 3 team of Chris Diep and Brett Bowen winning in doubles. Noah Tippen won at No. 3 singles, as did Brennan O'Keefe at No. 6.
In the second match of the day, the Bulldogs' No. 1 doubles teams of Skyler Flowers and Sam Blackburn and the No. 3 team of Diep and Bowen picked up victories. Blackburn got the other at No. 2 singles.
