Bulldogs beat Itawamba 7-2
Mississippi Gulf Coast swept doubles play against Itawamba on Wednesday, paving the way for a 7-2 victory at Itawamba.
The Bulldogs improve to 4-1 in MACJC play. They return to action Monday when Faulkner State visits the MGCCC Tennis Complex.
Bryan Allen and Sam Blackburn won 8-4 at No. 1 doubles, and No. 2 Noah Tippen and Brennan O'Keefe and No. 3 Brett Bowen and Chris Diep lost three games between them.
In singles, Blackburn won at No. 2, Tippen won at No. 3, Diep at No. 5 and O'Keefe at No. 6.
