PERKINSTON – Mississippi Gulf Coast hosts its first basketball doubleheader of the season Monday when Bishop State visits the Weathers/Wentzell Center.
The Lady Bulldogs (1-1) play at 5:30 p.m., with the Bulldogs (1-0) playing at 7:30.
The Lady Bulldogs split their first two games of the season in the Lady Bears Classic at Baton Rouge Community College. They'll face a Lady Wildcats squad that dropped its first game of the year 105-34 to Shelton State.
The Bulldogs blew out the William Carey JV 105-66 in their opener. They'll play a Wildcats team that lost to Marion Military Institute 72-68 in their opener.
