No. 15 Bulldogs drop match at Ellisville

No. 15 Mississippi Gulf Coast lost 8-1 at No. 9 Jones on Tuesday in Ellisville.

The Bulldogs fell to 4-3 overall, 4-2 MACCC.

Victoria Ros Fabuel (Fr., Valencia, Spain /Colegio Sagrado Corazon Hermanos Maristas) picked up the Bulldogs' only point, coming back after dropping the opening set at No. 3 singles to win 4-6, 6-5, 10-6.

Jones is 9-0, 6-0.

Gulf Coast hits the road later this week to play in the Tyler Invitational in Texas. The Bulldogs will play five games in four days starting Thursday.
