Seaman, Batson named Bulldogs of the Week
PERKINSTON — Walker Seaman and Caroline Batson have been named Bulldogs of the Week for April 6-12.
Seaman, a sophomore right-hander from Grand Bay, Ala., didn't allow a hit or a run in a pair of relief appearances, throwing 2.2 innings.
Batson, a sophomore right fielder and pitcher from Wiggins, batted .583 during a 2-2 week. She had three doubles and four RBI with hits in all four games, including a 4-for-4 performance in Game 2 against Northeast Mississippi. She also pitched four innings in that game, allowing one hit and one run.

Garrett Gardner, a freshman second baseman from Madison, batted .385 with two doubles last week.
Victoria Ros Fabuel, a freshman from Valencia, Spain, won all six of her matches in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament. She teamed with Meredith Matthews to earn three victories at No. 3 doubles and claimed all three points at No. 3 singles.
