Conley repeats as MACCC Keeper of the Week
PERKINSTON — Back to back.
That's Laurel Conley and the MACCC Keeper of the Week after winning it for the second straight week. The league's sports information directors voted on the award, which was announced Tuesday.
The sophomore from Ocean Springs stopped the only shot she saw in No. 5 Mississippi Gulf Coast's 3-0 shutout of Copiah-Lincoln.
Conley has now won the award twice this season, and teammate Kaylee Tardo won it once earlier. Conley is now eligible for the NJCAA weekly award, which will be announced Wednesday.
