MGCCC golf remains third in national poll
PERKINSTON – Mississippi Gulf Coast remains third in the latest Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Division II Coaches Poll released Friday.
The eight-time defending Region 23 champion Bulldogs, who finished third in the NJCAA Tournament last year, are behind defending national champion South Mountain and Meridian.
Copiah-Lincoln is the third MACJC team in the top 10.
The Bulldogs return to the competition Monday and Tuesday at the William Carey Collegiate Classic, to be played at Canebrake Country Club in Hattiesburg. MACJC play resumes April 2-3 at Lion Hills Golf Course in Columbus.
