No. 14 Bulldogs will face No. 2 NWFS
PERKINSTON — No. 14 Mississippi Gulf Coast continues its early-season gauntlet Friday when the Bulldogs face Northwest Florida State.
The Raiders are ranked second by Perfect Game in its preseason rankings of all community college teams.
First pitch for the seven-inning doubleheader at Ken "Curly" Farris Field is at 1 p.m. The games will be streamed at https://livestream.com/MGCCCBulldogs/events/8566081.

- MGCCC got a split with NJCAA Division I No. 5 Jefferson College last Saturday. The Bulldogs won the first game 9-8 with an outstanding start by Dawson Hall (Fr., East Central/Hurley) before falling 8-2 in the nightcap.
- NWFS swept four games at the Capital City Classic in Tallahassee last weekend, beating St. Johns River 5-3, Florence-Darlington 10-6 and Miami Dade twice (6-2, 10-0).
