Mink earns second USC All-American award
PERKINSTON — Alexander Mink has repeated as United Soccer Coaches NJCAA Division II All-American, the organization announced on Wednesday.
He was the only repeat winner on the Division II men's team, having earned the honor as a freshman while he was playing defender. Mink is one of two MACCC selections for the squad.
The sophomore midfielder from Long Beach had 16 goals and two assists. He finished tied for 16th in the NJCAA and was fourth in the MACCC in goals. Mink had hat tricks against Georgia Military, Southwest Mississippi and East Mississippi.
